50% Monastrell / 50% Tempranillo
Though I’m not entirely sure how I got here, I’m currently in the midst of a serious Spanish wine phase. Regardless of the origins of my new fixation, I’m glad I’m here, as it led me to discover the Bilogia ’06. This Monastrell Tempranillo blend starts off with rich, dark fruit flavours and super soft tannins. The Tempranillo then takes on a sweet vanilla essence, while the Monastrell (more commonly know as Mourvedre) maintained a rustic feel.
