Don Simon. Now I know not everyone has heard that name. If you’re a wine lover only, that makes sense. If you have an expanded palette and are not afraid to venture into the unknown, then perhaps you’ve heard that name.
Don Simon produces old word sangria using modern technology. The Sangrias are produced in the Los Llanos Winery in Valdepeñas, Castilla la Mancha. It also has one of the biggest underground caves.
