Wine Club – Frequently Asked Questions

• How are the wines chosen?

  We search every month for the wines that we feel are the most interesting and tasty, which also provide the best bang for the buck.

• Will they be red or white?

  There will be a selection of red and white in each package.  A little heavier on the red than white approximately 75/25.

• Is there a membership fee?

  No, there is no fee for signing up.

• Is there a minimum sign up time period?

  No, you can sign up month to month.  For your convenience we will keep your information in the system and renew it automatically each month

• What if I don’t like the wines?

  Put a cork in it and we will replace it, no questions asked. **Please note the bottle needs be at least ¾ full

• Can I order more if I like them?

  Yes! As long as it’s available, and we will even give you a discount if you buy a whole case (15% off exclusive to Wine Club Members only).

• Do you want to refer a friend?

  If you refer a friend who signs up for three consecutive months you will receive a complimentary bottle of wine in the third month.

• What days are deliveries?

  We will deliver on the first Wednesday or Saturday of each month.  This delivery can be made at your home or office just as long as there is someone 18 years of age or older to receive it.

• What if there is no one home when it’s delivered?

  Please call us to set up another delivery time.
